I am a 1st year Ph.D. student in the Germanic and Slavic Languages department at Vanderbilt University. Originally from Ohio, I have a B.A. in German from Denison University (Granville,Ohio) and a M.A. in German from Bowling Green State University (Bowling Green, Ohio). I spent the 2013-2014 school year as a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant in two small towns just outside of Vienna, Austria and I have had teaching assistantships teaching Introductory German and Introduction to Popular Culture at Bowling Green State University.
